Descripción	T3 (Triiodothyronine) es una hormona tiroidea que afecta varios procesos fisiológicos en el cuerpo, incluyendo el crecimiento y desarrollo, el Metabolism, la temperatura corporal y la frecuencia cardíaca.Este producto es soluble pero fácil de precipitar después de congelar en DMSO. Se recomienda 0.1 M NaOH como solución madre.
In vitro	T3 (Triiodothyronine) es un ingrediente suplementado en el medio para inducir la diferenciación de adipocitos marrones.

Until 100% confluence, DMEM/F12 was supplemented with 2% FBS containing 5 μg/ml of insulin, 0.5 mM IBMX, and 2 nM T3 (Triiodothyronine) to induce brown adipocytes differentiation. Two days later, the induced medium was changed to a maintenance medium (DMEM/F12 supplemented with 2% FBS, 5 μg/ml of insulin, and 2 nM of this compound). Cells were harvested 8 days after differentiation. L-carnitine was added to the medium throughout the differentiation process and supplemented at 600 μΜ. SiAMPKα (GAAGAGAAATTCAGAACCT)15 were transfected by Lipofectamine 3000. Lipid droplets were stained using Oil Red O solution.
